Transform the way you
work with adolescents.

Whether you're leading a team or walking alongside youth, we offer expert training, tools, and evidence-based strategies to help you foster sustainable, compassionate systems of care.

This is where sustainable adolescent care begins.

Supporting young people is powerful, purpose-driven work. When done with care and intention, it has the potential to change lives—ours included. But even the most committed professionals need support to keep going.

We help organizations, practitioners, educators, and leaders reconnect with what brought them to this work in the first place by offering tools, strategies, and reflection that build capacity and resilience. Our approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, relational neuroscience, and the belief that transformation starts from within.

Here’s what we can help you shift:

  • Burnout from constant emotional labor and high-stress environments

  • Disconnection between staff, students, and leadership

  • Reactive systems that leave no space for repair or reflection

  • Turnover from overwhelmed teams and under-supported individuals

  • A culture of urgency that undermines trauma-informed values

Expert guidance for professionals serving adolescents

At the end of the day, you want to know that your time, effort, and dedication have changed the lives of the teenagers you serve for the better. So many who serve adolescents are doing their best but struggle to work with an incomplete set of tools. Today’s systems, curricula, and practices have merit, but many of them don’t equip us to develop the relationships, trust, and leadership our adolescents so desperately need.

Our mission is to fill in the gaps in your organization or practice and equip you with the tools you need to succeed, protecting you from burnout while creating a better world for adolescents.

Let’s work

  • "Robin has a deep understanding and appreciation for the adolescent stage of development. She has amazing skill in helping parents and professionals to see under sometimes confounding behavior to the needs, emotions, and tremendous gifts just beneath the surface. She helps us all remember the magic and potential of this special time of life."

  • "After witnessing Robin's work for over 20 years, I have seen her work as an excellent therapist, outstanding teacher, and consultant. She brings years of knowledge and experience in working with young people and a diversity of specialized methodologies to her craft. Coupled with her passion for young people and her ability to be fully present, her gifts of insight and compassion make her an invaluable consultant to those who work with children."

    Linda Riley, LMFT

  • "I noticed right away that Robin had the best interests of the students at heart. She advocated for her students who had difficult living situations and behaviors. She was consistently able to find creative solutions to the challenges her students faced. Because of her expertise in both the workings of the public school system and the needs of high-risk youth, I highly recommend Robin as a trainer and consultant to help administrators and staff to better serve their students."
