I believe that healing and wholeness come from the sometimes difficult work of just being with ourselves ~ in all of our amazing, wondrous, and shadowy being. It is difficult work but it is good good work. What other work is there to do, really?

I am a compassionate witness, facilitator, and experienced guide for your journey to healing as you learn to tap into your own deep well of courage and self-compassion, your Ground of Being.

I am a depth psychotherapist serving Island and Snohomish Counties and north King County. I offer services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. My work is grounded in psychologies and therapies that honor the movements of Soul. We will work together to courageously explore and address your circumstances and symptoms.

I facilitate your process of accessing and gathering resources needed for healing ~ the Tools for the Journey. And then . . . . .

The time will come
when, with elation
you will greet yourself arriving
at your own door, in your own mirror
and each will smile at the other's welcome,
and say, sit here. Eat.
You will love again the stranger who was your self.
~ Derek Walcott
