Internal Family Systems is more than a modality; it's a way of seeing. Over three immersive weekends in Richmond, VA, Dr. Robin Barre will guide you through the foundational concepts of IFS — what the model is, how it works, and how to begin bringing it into your practice and your life. This isn't a lecture series. It's an experiential deep dive designed to get the concepts into your body, into practice, and beyond your notes.

Whether you're brand new to IFS or have been curious about it from a distance, this is the place to begin.

Robin is warm, caring and welcoming. She shares her deep wisdom and experience so graciously and holds each group member delicately while cultivating a group dynamic where each member trusts and values each other. I have gleaned so much from my group experience under Robin’s guidance. I highly recommend.”
